Workforce Director, SEIU United Healthcare Workers - West

Rebecca Miller is the Workforce Development Director at SEIU-United Healthcare Workers. In this position, she is responsible for assisting the union's 150,000 healthcare workers prepare for emerging work in the healthcare industry. Rebecca also serves as Secretary–Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of SEIU UHW West - Joint Employer Education Fund, a $12M Taft- Hartley education and training fund. In addition, she is a member of the San Francisco Workforce Investment Board (WISF) and is currently the Vice President and Executive Director of We Care Enough to Act (WCEA), UHW's non-profit organization dedicated to Outreach and Enrollment of Californians into the Exchange and MediCal.
